My name is Alfonso Rivas, I am 49 years old, from Ciudad Bolivar - Venezuela, I am the director of the Escuela Técnica Asistencial Angostura located in the same town and is focused on the health area with a number of 418 students currently, attended in these times of pandemic in the distance mode.

In addition to exercising this managerial position, I have a passion for chess, so much so that I have helped to develop since 2006 various groups in this exciting sport science in my school, with students of various years (from 1st to 6th year) and since 2017 as a result of the curricular transformation with the creation of groups of creation, recreation and production, the so-called CRP, chess in the institution begins to grow and to be located as one of the most demanded sports in the school by our students.
Además de ejercer ese cargo directivo, tengo una pasión por el ajedrez, tanto es así que he ayudado a desarrollado desde el año 2006 diversos grupos en este apasionante deporte ciencia en mi escuela, con los alumnos de diversos años (de 1ro hasta 6to año) y dese el año 2017 a raíz de la transformación curricular con la creación de los grupos de creación, recreación y producción, los llamados CRP, el ajedrez en la institución empieza a crecer y a ubicarse como uno de los deportes más demandados en la escuela por parte de nuestros alumnos.
