The creative diary (20/03/2022)|| Flower picture frame using cardboard

Everyday brings an opportunity to showcase creativity, it is something that makes us feel good about ourselves and help us to make improvements on our skills too. By practicing we can be better in the future....this is one principle I have learnt and have strived to apply everyday.

Hi friends, I hope you're all well, welcome to my creative diary for today.
I had planned on making my flower photo frame ever since but has been to busy to start, but I determined to do it today. Here I will show you the steps I took in making it.

My flower picture frame

This flower picture frame can be used as decoration in the house. After making it I pasted it on the wall so as to admire its beauty.

In the above picture you see the end product of the flower picture.
Below are the materials I used in making them

Materials

• Cardboard paper (Light Blue and pink)
• Glue gum
• Scissors
• Ribbon

Below I'll put the steps I took in making the craft....

Procedures

I started by making the flower frame first. I cut the light blue cardboard to the size I wanted the picture to be.

Next I placed the ribbon on the four corners of the cardboard as you can see below

After making the frame, I began the process for the flower. I cut out heart shapes from the cardboard at different sizes.

After cutting out the shapes, I began to fold each of them.

After folding each, I began to place them on each other and to glue them from the biggest to the smallest...

I cut out some piece from the ribbon and used it to beautify the middle of the flower. After that I glued the finished flower to the picture frame

That was the end of the picture craft. I made it to be as a decoration on our room wall and so everyone in the house loved it, but there are still larger rooms for improvements. I will keep doing my best.

Thank you so much for reading through my creative day today. I call it creative day because I spent most of the he time today doing drawings and craft with my siblings. But I have just shared the step for the best one I made for today.

The second of them is my dolphin drawings. I have the goal of reaching dolphin status in steemit and so I decided to draw the dolphins to remind me of this goal.
