Diary Game (27-11-2024) || "We have started preparing seedbeds for the next paddy crop."

Assalamu Alaikum friends,
I don't have much work today. Today, our workers will sow our potato seeds. We have given the workers a contract to sow potato seeds, so there is no much work in our potato field. We just have to deliver the potato sacks to the field and show them how to sow the potato seeds. We delivered 10 potato sacks to the field in a van in the morning. My elder brother went to show the workers how to sow the potato seeds and how the drain will be for irrigation later.

We watered the seedbed for our next paddy yesterday and will cultivate that land with a power tiller today. My brother and I changed the wheels of the power tiller and took it to the field. I will leave it for one cultivation today just to loosen the soil. Later, the soil will be leveled and more cultivation will be required.

^{I am putting the rice seeds in the sun to warm them up for 30 minutes}

We are bringing the rice seeds the day after tomorrow. I came home, opened the seed packet, took them all out and poured them on the balcony floor to expose them to the sun for 30 minutes. These seeds are declared as seeds. I put all the seeds in the sun and sit there waiting because the ducks and chickens can destroy these seeds, so I had to guard them there for 30 minutes.

^{I am soaking the rice in water for 36 hours}

I took two types of rice and soaked them in water for 36 hours in two large pots. I am waiting for some time because the rice seeds are hot because of the sun. When it cools down a bit, I pour water on the seeds and shake them, they will stay in the water for 36 hours.

I went to a potato field to see how the workers are working and how much land they are sowing potato seeds. Today, 16 workers are coming to plant potatoes. They have sown potato seeds in about 2 acres of land.

People are still taking their paddy home in tractors from the fields next to us. I went there and talked to them for a while. I returned home and spent some time in our cow shed. Today I didn't have a lot of work pressure, so I had quite a bit of physical rest compared to other days.
