Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @solaymann in the Steem4bloggers community. The topic of this contest is "How do you enjoy the winter season?". So let's start the task.
How long does the winter season exist in your country? |

Friends currently in Pakistan the winter season is knocking the doors, yes now a days the winter season is starting in Pakistan because it is about November 18th and in this month the winter season is at its peak. Many people has started wearing hot clothes and other things to keep the cold away from themselves. Usually in Pakistan the winter season starts in the end of October and ends in the early days of April. So the duration of winter season in Pakistan is about 5 months.
Among these five months the December to February three months are the peak months of winter season in Pakistan. This is because in these months The sun rises as usual but is not visible due to the extreme winter. More ever in these months the fog spreads everywhere And in some cities visibility drops below minus zero due to the extreme of fog. Now a days There is also a lot of fog and snowfall in hilly areas of Pakistan and many people visit these areas to enjoy winter season.

Friends to be honest there is no any specific traditions for winter season in my area but however the winter marriages are very common in my area and throughout the whole country also. Yes many people prefer to get married in winter season and basically sometimes in Pakistan the winter season changed into shadi season hahaha. Because these days Leaving one or two streets, the wedding drum must be playing in the third street and the people are enjoying marriages.
More ever during winter season the winter traditional foods becomes very common in all around the country and the Saag is among top of them. Because during the winter season the people love to eat saag with corn flour bread (makki ki roti) especially in villages. Indeed the winter season is very enjoyable season in Pakistan.
Cold or hot? Which one do you prefer? Tell us the reason. |

Ooh well if have to choose one from cold or hot then definitely I will choose the cold season. Yes because the winter season is my favorite season and I like it very much. This is because mostly in summer season there is a lot of hotness all around and the people get sweaty and get tired after doing the least amount of work. More ever we start feels thirsty and also can't travel in crowded places. But during winter season there is calmness all around we wear hot clothes and eat dry fruits which keep us warm and active.
More ever we can also spend our time by sitting in the blankets, eating nuts and taking tea etc. The nights of winter season are also very long and we can do our work in the night and can be awake till late night. In winter season we can also travel towards the hilly and snowy areas and can enjoy a lot. In winter season we can also take sunbath and can take vitamin D directly from the sun. So that is why I like winter season and it is my favorite.

During winter season the people in Pakistan wear different types of clothes especially made of wool or leather. Because during extreme winter it becomes difficult to keep ourselves warm so in this regard the leather and wooly clothes plays a vital role in keeping warm and safe from winter. The people wear leather jacket, leather boots, sweaters, jerseys and long blankets. I also wear that type of clothes especially leather jacket along with hot clothes and it is my favorite clothes for winter season.
Sometimes I also wear a shawl over myself in order to keep myself warm and safe from winter. At the end I'm just wanna say that Winter has started before going to bed turn off the gas heater, geyser, stove and have proper air circulation in the sleeping room. Take care of yourself, this life is very precious.

Winter season has started in Pakistan.Winter season lasts from November to February in Pakistan.But December, January and February are harsh winters in Pakistan.In winter,people wear warm clothes to avoid cold.Best of luck for the contest.
