Hello Friends, How are You?
Keen Bridge
Keen Bridge is located near Shahjalal Road in Sylhet city. The bridge is named after Sir Michael Keane, the English Governor of Assam from 1932 to 1937. This bridge located on the Surma River is known as the gateway to Sylhet City. Built in 1936, this bridge is 1150 feet long and 14 feet wide. The entire area around this bridge is a wonderful place to visit. Decorated with beautiful tiles and lamp posts, the beauty of this area increases manifold at night. You can enjoy the beauty of the river from the bridge and also take a boat ride.
Sylhet Central Bus Terminal
The design of the new bus terminal combines the tradition and modernity of Sylhet. It is modeled after the traditional Assam-type house of Sylhet, Chandnighat clock. At the same time, modern architectural style has been coordinated. A circular five-story tower building along the road at the west-south corner houses the Terminal Operations and Management Office. Where there will be a security control and CCTV monitoring room for the entire terminal, police room, and tourism office. A huge airport-like waiting space is kept here. There are parking zones and green zones covered with trees. All in all, it is one of the most beautiful structures in the country.
Hazrat Shahjalal (RA)
Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) was a famous dervish and pir of the subcontinent. He was Olikul Shiromani. It was through him that Islam spread in the Sylhet region. Raja Gaur Gobind's persecution of Sheikh Burhan Uddin, the first Muslim of Sylhet, and the arrival of Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) and his 360 Auliya companions to Sylhet is a significant event in history. For this reason, Sylhet is called the land of 360 auliyas. Some people also call Sylhet the holy land. As the soil of Sylhet is similar to the soil of Arabia, Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) settled in Sylhet and concentrated on spreading Islam. Finding oil and gas in Sylhet has proved the similarity between the soil of Arabia and the soil of Sylhet.
Sylhet Circuit House
Circuit House Cottage was first built in 1954. Sylhet Circuit House is located on the north bank of the Surma river flowing through Sylhet city, on the right side of the famous Keen Bridge, in a beautiful and pleasant environment with 2 beautiful buildings on 1.87 acres of land. One is known as the new building and the other as the old building.
Malnichara tea garden
Sylhet is one of the many regions in Bangladesh where tea plantations are observed. The color, taste, and aroma of Sylhet tea are unmatched. Sylhet Sadar Upazila has the largest and first established tea garden in Bangladesh and the subcontinent. Which is called 'Malnichara tea garden'. Malnichara Tea Garden is located on the outskirts of Sylhet city. In addition to tea gardens, oranges, and rubber are cultivated here. Apart from Malnichara tea garden, Sylhet has Lakshatura tea garden, Ali Bahar tea garden, Khadim, Ahmed tea estate, and Lalakhal. The T state is significant.
I am inviting three dear friends of mine @mahadisalim, @kuhinoor, and @tammanna to participate in this contest.
I hope you like it.
SEE YOU AGAIN. ALLAH HAFEZ.
