Is the contribution of men and women equal in the society, or is the contribution of men more than women ❓
They is no denying facts that men and women have different roles in society. However, this question of balance has long been a topic of debate back then in my secondary school days. Many defenders argued that men and women have equal roles to play, and others believe that their roles are vastly different.
The honest truth is, both sexes have important and unique roles to make in society and is up to the society to create an environment that balance those contributions. One area where by men traditionally hold a dominant role is in the workforce . In accordance with the respect of history men were the breadwinners of their families and women were expected to stay at home and take care of the household.
Meanwhile this this stereotype has shifted over time, they are still some industries where men hold the majority of leadership roles. But today women are equally needed and competitive in the workforce just as men are.
All the same, it is extremely necessary to recognize that the roles of men and women are not strictly limited to the workplace. Women have always been the fundamental part of society and their benefaction go far beyond being child-bearers and homemakers. To be realistic, women have taken up leadership roles in almost every field and industry, from education, healthcare, to politics and businesses. Women have demonstrated by evidence that they are just as energetic as men and are capable of achieving great things.
Who do the people of your country prefer women or men and why?? Or do they give equal importance to women and men ❓
In my country, there is no emphasis on gender equality and giving equal importance to men and women. Here in Nigeria we value the contributions of both men and women and strive for equal opportunities for the both genders in all aspects of the society. They is no group or organization without women.
Equality of rights does not ordain equivalent outcomes. Physical difference means nothing when it comes to equal right. For example, not all men or women will want to be a police officer. But many will .
All people have a right to the dignity and respect we ought to give to all humans beings. Which means no prejudice, bullying style disdain, negative stereotype, and many more.
So a woman who came to your house because she was contracted to fix the electrical wiring is accorded with the same dignity, respect and courtesy you would give to a man doing the same job. Currently, women are inventors, governors and even president in many countries. So in my country we give everybody equal importance.
A man's life is hard without a woman, and a woman's life is hard without a man, what do you think ❓
To my views that statement is outdated and doesn't necessarily apply to everyone. A fulfilling life is not solely dependent on a relationship or romantic partner, but it can be enriched through various ways, including 👇
✅ Family: Relationship with your family members can offer love, connection, and sense of belongings.
✅ Community involvement: participating in community service or joining group can foster a sense of purpose and connections to others.
✅ Friendship: strong friendship with both men and women can provide emotional support, companionship and joy.
A good life is subjected and can be defined in many ways, depending on the individuals experience, values and goals.
It is important for people to focus on their own personal fulfillment regardless of weather they have a partner or not. Relationship can add value but it shouldn't be seen as the sole source of fulfillment and happiness.
Every man should respect women, and every woman should respect men, do you agree, why??❓

Yes 💯% agree. Respect should be natural not only in a relationship. Respecting one another's difference, opinion, and boundaries is essential for a strong, healthy communication and mutual comprehending. When a man and a woman respect each other, it creates a positive and harmonious dynamic that everybody involved.
It is absolutely necessary to recognize and appreciate the supports or value that each gender brings to the table and treat each other wilth kindness, respect, and consideration.
Finally, mutual dignity or respect is the foundation for building healthy and meaningful relationship between a man and a woman. Even in an organization.
