The Diary Game | Betterlife | Uncle Diagnosed with Brain Haemorrhage & Meningitis | 8th August 2023 | #burnsteem25

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. Unfortunately due to severe down and a few other things I couldn't share further details about my uncle's health condition. This was the toughest month for us as my uncle was diagnosed with a disease that is rare to treat in Pakistan most of the time patient died due to late diagnosis & no proper medications.

We woke up early as my sisters and I had to have breakfast for our uncle in the hospital and also collect the reports from the laboratory. We reach the hospital at 8 o'clock as doctors round start at 9 or sometimes 10 o'clock. We collect the reports from the laboratory and show them to doctors.

We were shocked that we thought that it was heat stock but not my uncle was diagnosed with brain a hemorrhage and a clot in the frontal lobe of the brain which was damaging their memory & eyesight too.

They show us MRI reports as 2 diseases diagnosed at the same time. First was meningitis due to which uncle was suffering from fits and unconsciousness. Secondly, he was diagnosed with brain hemorrhage and blood clot which was irregular in the blood supply to the frontal lobe of the brain.

We were talking to uncle as sometimes he forgets everyone's name which was so depressing as this condition will get worse with time if not treated completely and sometimes he remembers all the things. Then the doctor started their proper medications as they said it was a miracle that our uncle survived for more than a week with brain hemorrhage even without proper treatment.

The doctor started Acyclovir for meningitis treatment and Epival continues for fits. Then they started some medications for brain haemorrhage which will start resolving the clot but this medication will continue for more than 2 months till October for complete treatment.

Now we have to start Acyclovir for 15 days for meningitis treatment with brain hemorrhage medications too. They said they would keep the uncle for 4 to 5 days in the hospital to see the effects of the medication and if any medication caused irritation or side effects they would change it on time.

This was all about my diary game, I hope you will pray for my uncle's speedy recovery as this is gonna be the second case of brain hemorrhage in our family but we hope our uncle will survive this disease soon. I need your prayers and wishes. See you soon in the next diary game.
