☑️ What are your three favorite hobbies and why are they your favorite Hobbies?

Before I go further I'll like us all to know and understand what hobbies are ......
Hobbies can simply be seen as activity one enjoy doing at his/her spare time,and this is not just done but also done for enjoyment. One might feel like doing it at all times, because is something you deeply derive joy in it,it calms one down when angry or nervous.

These are my 3 favorite Hobbies below:
Singing
cooking.
Reading

The above are my 3 major favourite hobbies, reason been that i can't do without any of these,i enjoy doing them often to ease my stress,helps me grow mentally, physically, morally and otherwise. There might be some other things that gives me joy but these are the most important tools in my life right now.

☑️Are this hobbies healthy learnt from someone like peer groups, friends or partners or were you born with them?

My hobbies weren't learnt from someone like peer groups, friends, partners, family members,or anyone from the community,I was born with it and doing them even at my teender age.

✓SINGING: Singing has been in my blood,i could remember a group in my church called "NEW LIFE FOR ALL". Whenever i stand to sing everyone enjoys it, some come and spray me money while others come raise me up why because they love what I do as little as i was, I've always been that cute little song Mistress.

✓COOKING:Even at my teender age as the baby of the house and the only girl Left in the house, I've always tried my best to make sure i develop the habit of cooking,it started from a faithful day together with mumsy because I've always been with her in the kitchen,I just told her to allow me make soup and she gave me the chance to, behold it came out to be perfect.

✓READING:I was growing up as the daughter of a teacher, and I have always Made sure i strive to be the best amongst all,and I have always been a proud child of parents. As my mum will always say "You're a great child" from childhood till now I am becoming greater and higher everyday that passes by .

☑️What are the advantages or disadvantages of this hobbies?

Advantages of singing

✓singing helps improve memory
✓singing is therapeutic
✓singing builds courage

Advantages of cooking

✓your cooking improve with practice
✓Helps you save money
✓cooking helps you get organized
✓it helps you eat healthy
✓Helps control and manage your weight

Advantages of Reading

✓Reading helps to expand vocabulary
✓it helps develop positive thinking
✓Reading increases general knowledge
✓Reading reduces stress
✓Reading improves literacy
