_{Greetings steemian friends of this community, I am very excited to participate in this great contest that entails us to draw and describe our country's flag. It is a wonderful contest, kuddos to @steemdoctor1, Below has my particioation, sit and enjoy.}

DRAW THE FLAG OF YOUR COUNTRY WITH THE HELP OF CONVENTIONAL STUFF

The Flag of my country is Nigerian flag, which possess unique national symbol that has two colours on it (the green, white, green), it was designed by Michael Taiwo Akinkunmi in the year 1959.

My Steps Showing How I Drew My Country's Flag

• My first step was to sketch the rectangular box with my pencil and draw two line in the box making it three.

• I then attached the pole to the rectangular box on which the flag stands firm on.

---

• My final stage is to use my crayon and colour the necessary places.

WHAT ARE THE MAJOR COLOURS THAT REPRESENTS IN YOUR FLAG AND GIVE THEIR IMPORTANCE
The Nigerian flag is made up of two main colours which is the green and white.
✒ The green colour represents the Agriculture which is the natural wealth. Nigeria being a rich country in agriculture has their resources grown in every part of the country e.g, In the north, groundnuts are grown, in the west - cocoa, in the south - palm oil. And there are more fertile lands in Nigeria with everything we need. The rapid development of modern technologies works on agriculture which still play an important role.

✒ The white colour represents peace and unity. My country has different ethnic groups within it's territory. Therefore the white represents and stand for peace amongst the different ethnic groups.

WHAT ARE THE SIGNS YOUR FLAG INDICATES? GIVE IMPORTANCE
The Nigerian flag is a national symbol that represents national authority and sovereignty. The Flag therefore symbolizes country's origination and dignity. Giving details how the country came into existence and how its power and authority are gotten and acquired. To show the proudness, my country's flag is been mounted in different places such as, schools, House of Assembly, Courts, embassy, police station, etc.
