There are different kind of Sweet dishes that are produced and eaten in different areas of the word but some dishes are special for some countries and towns because they are present in the traditions of that area. Some disease are produced throughout the year but some others are specified to the winter season today I am talking about my favourite dish of the winter season.

My favourite sweet dish is carrot halwa. It is one of the most popular sweet dish in our area and many people like to eat this sweet dish in different seasons but winter season is very much popular for the production and popularity of the carrot halwa dish.

In our area carrot halwa is called the gajar halwa because the call carrot gajar in our native language. This is made up of different natural things including the carrots natural oil different dry fruits peanuts and many kind of dry fruits are also used in the preparation of this gajar halwa.

Now we discussed about its ingredients that are used in the carrot halwa so let's see the below;

These are all ingredients to make the simple carrot halwa in short time at home so now we discussed it whole method of making.

Here are some important tips step by step to make the carrot halwa so let's see the below;

• First of all roast the sooji rava until turns to its colour is golden.

• Add sugar and water in and stir it some times.

• Now add the mixture of carrots into the sooji rava and stir it on the heat.

• After heated the long time its all water will be dry and only mixture of carrot remain.

• Now add the almonds and other short ingredients.

In a short time my favourite winter sweet dish ready in few steps its a very short method to make the carrot halwa.

First of all its a sweet dish and all the e sweet dishes are my favourite especially this one moreover we eat this dish after the meal its made with the carrots and and carrots are full with nutrients which help to keep healthy our mind a fibre that involves in this dish its a healthy option than other high sugar and unhealthy sweets dish.

The other way to like this method of its baking is so easy and all the ingredients are available in our home easily we make this recipe himself in home without any effort many times I made the carrot halwa moreover I love this dish due to its sweet and creamy taste it produces the vitamin A in our body.

Its so good during the winter cold evenings its use in the festival in a large amount it is most popular in the whole Asia especially in India and Pakistan people enjoy this after the night meal and same I eat after my meal.
