I feel so good to take part in this contest although i don't want to experience any mental stress that will take me so much to recover. I want to be careful as we can't predict what can happen in the future.
l want to be realistic should incase it happens already I have some remedy I usually take and I will like to share with you of course it can be of help to another user.
It is too early to be mentally stressed this year, but if at all I'm stressed I like going to my hubby sit out location to calm myself down with some bottles of drinks.
Features that help in this location
Music; Listening to calm music especially some blues do calm me down then if I listened to amapiano it helps me forget everything that bored me and my mental stress. Music has some healing effect to my mental stress.
Swimming; I love swimming although I don't go out often for along time now as I don't have a Nani to take care of my daughter while I swim. So I often swim when hubby is around as we will take turns carrying baby. The cold water will soothe me and help me stay calm when I'm stressed. Hubby like giving me some fresh chilled palm wine while in the water and we have some fun together to cheer me up.
Dancing; I don't know if there is anybody that has ever listened to a music without dancing even though you don't dance with your whole body but at least you will shake your head and your arms. Even my daughter do dance in response to any music she listens to.
So likewise whether you are angry or whether you are mentally stressed or whatever stress you are going through, whenever you listen to music and dance to the tune of a music it is a relief to you.
Dancing really helps me relieve some mental stress.
This alone all day is enough for mental stress
Even though some stress is cause by her cries, she is my joy giver
Yes, I do enjoy there mostly at night where cool music will be played and I will be at the pool side meditating on some things I need to bring back to mind. This period helps me forget any stress that I faced so I can concentrate on positive vibes.
Evening hours after sundown helps calm down my brain and helped me relax and of course I do have peace of mind at this hour.
By this hour of the day your mind will be more relaxed and open to get rid of any kind of stress you might have gone through during the daytime.
I can't sit out with any other person than my sugar man. He knows the story to share to calm me down, he knows what to say to help me remain calm he understands the secret to reliefs me of unnecessary stress.
I wasn't myself on this day, but I never knew why I started smiling
But most times it is my sugar man that makes me go through mental stress, most times he do something more than what I expect of him and of course I do think why could this man love me this much. I do feel so down to experience such love but if he sees me do so he will do more by encouraging me so you see most times I do not experience mental stress.
But like I said I do not experience mental stressed but if I do I'll go to the process mention above and definitely I will be fine.

There are many different songs such as bathing on gold, swimming, etc.
When we get evening after sunset but a light air and softness increases, I still find the weather very pleasant and mentally happy.
