A special difference between fasting and other acts of worship is that prayer, zakat and Hajj cannot be done in secret from people, but fasting is a form of worship in which the fasting person does not curse anything except Allah, the fasting person secretly.

Fasting also has a good effect on human health because keeping the stomach full all the time is dangerous for physical health. In Ramadan, fasting is practiced for 30 days continuously, which improves physical health. It leads to a healthy and prosperous society.
