My Morning Startup

I have been feeling healthy for the past few days .As I started my weight loss journey, I started searching YouTube for different videos.Then I came across an exercise that is helping me a lot in my weight loss journey.This exercise is called squats. I am giving you the link of this video, you can also start your exercise with its help.

Morning Exercise

After watching Squats exercise on YouTube, I have incorporated this exercise into my daily routine. Now after praying and saying the name of Allah, I go to the park. After going to Pak, I first walk and do some warm-up exercises. Later I do some weight loss exercises and today I will tell you about Squats first.

Benefits of Exercise

You can also include this exercise in your daily life, adding it to your life will give you many health benefits.
Benefits of squats

The first benefit of this exercise is that it increases our blood circulation. Due to which the oxygen entering our body gets equal to all the parts and keeps them healthy

It targets the muscles in our body. Especially for this purpose, the muscles of our legs, lower back and core are strengthened.Due to the strength of all these muscles, our bones are strong and it keeps us healthy.

Daily Exercise impact on our life

It reduces our body fat and burns calories which helps us a lot in reducing our obesity. This exercise helps us lose fat because it specifically targets that fats. Because of which you will soon be back to your original shape.
Due to this exercise, our heart also remains healthy. Due to which we can be protected from many heart diseases. Because of this, we can avoid heart attacks and cloting in the heart. It also protects us from stroke.

On that which is our cause in which all the joints are strengthened. Due to which we avoid many joint diseases.Knee pain, joint pain, many such things that we are protected from. People who do not include this type of exercise in their daily life are prone to joint diseases and their knees start to ache sooner.
This exercise makes the bones of our body very flexible. Because our bones are flexible, we are protected from many types of injuries and then it also reduces cracks in our bones.

Demerits of squats

Squat exercise will benefit us as long as we do it correctly. If we don't balance our body properly and do it from the wrong angle, it can harm us instead of benefiting us.

Doing this exercise at the wrong angle can cause pain in our back bone which will damage our body system and body posture
