Hello Everyone !

I Hope you all are well and doing great in your life .Today I am going to write a daily diary of election day in my country🇵🇰 , I apologize that I am late in writing this because the internet service was not working properly in our area for two days and after that I was busy.So today I am going to share this daily diary with you all.

Today, we all got up before eight o'clock because the polling was to start at eight o'clock.After that we turned on the TV and started watching the news to find out how things are going in the country.

Because there are security concerns in many areas in our country, I was just using my mobile phone when I heard the news on New TV that the internet service is being suspended across the country. The government said that there are some security concerns in the country due to which the internet service is being shut down to allow for peaceful elections.

After five minutes the internet signals on my mobile got lost and then I made breakfast with my mom and sat in front of the TV and had breakfast then after breakfast I did housework and cleaning.Because we also have to go to cast vote around 11 o'clock.

At first, it took a lot of time to find our polling station because the polling station written on our mobile was telling us that it was nearby, but when we went to the nearby schools, we did not find that polling station.

Then we inquired from someone and he told that there is a polling station in another town,After that I took out my and my mother's ID card and kept it in the back cover of my mobile because without it we cannot cast our vote. so after that my brother left me and my mother near this station.

There were camps of different parties, among them my brother went to PTI camp and made a slip from there and wrote ourname on the slip and after that he gave it to the slips and said " Go inside the school and join the lines when it's your turn to go and cast your vote” I didn't know about the voting process as this is my first time casting a vote.

As soon as I entered, there were both men and women in large numbers, and the repolling of both was happening simultaneously. The men stood in line but there was no discipline on the women's side, there was only one security officer who failed to establish security.Because the women stood without lines and they all wanted me to cast the vote first.

We also stood for a long time and our turn was not coming, after that the in-charge came after a while. Bani and then after two hours of hard work it was our turn. Me and my mother went inside the polling booth and my we went and voted for our party.

Then we took deep breath and we came out after that I told my mom that I was craving for something sweet so we went to a bakery near there and after going there I bought many sweets.

I saw the pastries among them I like the chocolate pastry because it was different from all the others then I asked the rate and they said it was 200 Rupees which is around 3.17 Steem then I told them to pack it.

They packed a chocolate paste and we came home after that and after coming home I rested and after a while I took out the pastry and ate it and also watched the news on TV.

After that it was time for iftar and my sister was fasting so we ordered some samosas from the market for her iftar and after that we stayed up late into the night watching TV the party that was winning the other parties started shifting their votes around so we stayed up all night.
