Smoking is the act of inhaling and exhaling smoke which is produced by tobacco burning. People are addicted to smoking it's very common habit among youngs.

No, I don't smoke at all. Being a medical student I know the side effects of smoking social don't smoke. In my family members I have two brothers and no one of them are smokers. Because this is forbidden in Islam and also causes dangerous effects on health and can cause lungs cancer and the person dies due to lungs cancer. I don't know someone who is smoking.

People can be addicted to the smoking just because of the presence of nicotine in it. This substance can affect the victim's brain and can provide a sense of pleasure. When someone is taking smoking the nicotine can absorb in the bloodstreams and it causes the dopamine to release which is feel good substance. When the person is taking smoking for a long time the presence of nicotine Crave it to take it again and again and leading to addiction.

The smoking has serious negative impacts on the smoker's health. It may be mental and physical.

How can you guide someone to quit smoking and come back to his normal life?
To quite smoking a d come back to normal healthy life style.

1 Set a date: Encourage friends to select a date to stop smoking. Then choose another target date then it can provide motivation.

2 Support system

Encourage victim to share their problems with one who he loved and by sharing he or she can provide motivation to him.

3 Nicotine replacement therapy

Such type of therapy can help to manage withdrawal symptoms. Nicotine replacement therapy can provide nicotine without harmful effects. It makes it easier to get rid of smoking.

4 Seek professional help
Health care professionals can help a smoker because they provide medication. They can provide support to the patients. As they are professionals and has enough knowledge to handle such individuals

5 Healthy mechanism:
we can help our friends to use alternative ways to fight with stress. Advice such activities like deep breathing exercises. In this way the smoker can distract from the urge to smoke.
