Dreams are door to a world more mysterious, more thrilling, more beautiful and many times more horrible. In this world, we swim in imagination through the scenarios which we may see anywhere and our mind represents it in many ways.

The hypothalamus is a part of the brain which is blamed for our dreaming. It memories what we see and then interpret it in a very complex way.

Which type of dreams do you mostly see during your sleep?

That's an interesting question about the contest. My dreams can be divided into two chain categories. I often saw myself travelling to unimaginable places. I can't recall that I saw those places in real life. In a single dream, I traveled thousands of kilometers and visited those tremendous places. But this chain of dreams ceased 2 or three years ago.

Another thing which I dream of is mostly an attack of unknown air force in the region where I live. I not only witness the destruction of my land but feel the real terror of a war.Before or after a similar dream, I must watch something like that happening in any other place in the world. Like before the Ukraine war, I dream about a major attack through the air. Such dreams start from my childhood and the last one which I saw was about Gaza.

I saw many videos about using White Phosphorus, and in my dream I faced the same thing. Litterly I saw that white phosphorus like a melting liquid metal came down to earth and felt the unbelievable burning.

Do you think there is any connection of our dreams with the reality?

Obviously, our brain takes inspiration from the real world. Dreams can be the mirror images of different views. I even meet some people who claim their dreams are real. Although I have no firm belief in dreams and its denotement. But I have a story of my only dream that has become reality. Many years ago, I gave the 8th standard exam to the board.

On the day of the result I was very worried about the result, only at that time I took my course books seriously 🤭. I calculated my marks through question papers and it came 324. I thought I could pass it. Then I fell asleep. In my dream, I saw that a hand with a red ball point changed "3 into 6". I woke up and after some time my cousin came and told me that I got exactly 624. I was surprised that there were the highest marks in my town. And I don't know how my dream worked!

Yes, I remember almost all my dreams and even the part which I couldn't recall on waking up, I remember it later in the day. I remember my dreams when I was too young.

There are different myths about dreams, but I think the human brain and nature operate very logically. Even the dreams which predict the future are not the result of senseless super powers, instead these evolve through some specific state of mind in which the brain is more focused and some wave energy interaction.
