Barbucci came to our house on Friday morning to cook all the food for the event. And in the morning I made him a light breakfast, after breakfast he was shown all the things to cook. First he will cook chicken meat, chicken meat total 21 kg, and now the current chicken meat costs 200 taka per kg. So put a big bone in the oven and fry the chicken meat in oil. To cook the chicken meat, first they prepared all the spices of the chicken meat and cut it into bones. The fried chicken meats are served in masala with masala kasano. And after 15 to 20 minutes, the chicken is completely cooked and removed from the oven.

Currently, the price of beef is very high, a few days ago, the price of beef decreased a little. But now the price of beef has increased as before. Now per kg of beef is 800 taka per kg in our market. After cooking the chicken, now the beef will be cooked. The beef was washed well and kept in a pot, the beef masala barbuchi was cut into big bones to cook the beef. After extracting the masala, the beef is served with that masala. The pot of beef is kept on the lid to cook the meat. The beef is cooked for 40 to 50 minutes. After the beef is cooked, the beef bone is removed from the oven.

The beef is done cooking, now the chicken will be cooked. So the polar rice was washed well in a bucket. After a while the polar rice was cut into pieces and placed in the oven. All the masalas are given enough water to cook Polao. The barbuchi is slightly falling and removing the lid of the pot and rolling the polao rice. After some time the Polao is cooked complete. Before taking the Polao Hari out of the oven, the Polao Hari is taken out of the oven with Barista Polao topped with onions.

For our housewarming party, beef, chicken, and chicken are cooked to perfection, along with more pies. As today is Friday, our guests will come to our house to eat after Jummah prayer.
