This is a very important topic to write on, it concerns everybody because the eye is one of the most important organ in the human body if not the most important, so we all need to learn the health basic of the eye.

What are the main causes of the eyesight weakness?

There are so many causes of an eye problem, but I am going to discuss on just two, one causes of weak eye sight is when the eye is expose to a very strong light for too long it weaken the eye cell which will cause the eye to not function properly.

Another cause of eye problem is if a direct hit to the eye, for example you recieve a loud slap on the face which will definitely affect the eye.

How can we protect our eyesight? Give some preventions.

The eye sight can be protected, it's one of the reason why the sun glasses was introduced and your mobile phone display light should be put on automatic which will adjust on its own to fit the particular environment.

And please avoid playing withe the eye, if you are in an environment that there are throwing stone or any object you know that can injure the eye, please by any means live that environment to avoid the accident.

Have you ever used the eyesight glasses? Or anyone you may not use them? Tell us the main reason of using such glasses.

Actually my dad uses glasses, I know why and what he has been through because of the eye problem, my dad hardly see clearly without his glasses in other for him to read clearly he need to put his glasses on.

So the glasses enables the eye to see clearly depending on the kind of eye problem you have, because the glasses is of different kind which is for different kind of eye problems

It is said that seeing natural things improve our eyesight, what do you think about this saying?

Actually it's sounds true because anything natural apart from the television, screen phone, is cool because anything natural gives a very cool display of colour (display) unlike screen so with natural display I believe the eye is not stress atall.
