Hello guys how is your day going I hope all is well, it's my pleasure to be opportune to participate in this amazing contest organized by @steemdoctor1 with the theme "My Political Party".

In my todays entry I will be sharing with you guys the political party which I'm interested in, the political party that I supported during the general election and if my party had been opportune to be in the selected government, their motto, their leader and many more I promise it will be interesting so sit back and enjoy.

HOW MUCH ARE YOU INTERESTED IN POLITICS? TELL US ABOUT YOUR POLITICAL TASTE.

Back then I was a novice and didn't know much about politics but later on coupled with my love for government as a subject I got to learn more about the history of my dear country Nigeria.

And that alone develop in me the interest for politics and what is going on in our country and in my country Nigeria this year general election really develop in me to have great taste for politics when I got to hear about peter obi who was a presidential aspirant that contested against Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubaka.

WHICH IS YOUR FAVORITE POLITICAL PARTY TO WHICH YOU SUPPORT IN ELECTIONS? GIVE REASONS OF YOUR SUPPORT.

My most favorite political party which I supported in the out going general election that took place last week is Labour Party, and the reasons why I supported them is that in Nigeria ever since I was a kid it has been as if Nigeria is operating a one party system.

The all progressive congress APC had been in power all through because there are the majority which is the north, when everyone heard of Peter obi a contestant from Labour Party LP from the southern part of Nigeria I really had a lot of fate in him and if the election were to be fair.

He would have been the one to assume power and become the new president but instead majority carries the vote and an APC aspirant won and Nigeria still continues to operate under a one party system.

DO YOUR FAVORITE POLITICAL PARTY HAS GET AN OPPORTUNITY IN THE SELECTED GOVERNMENT? OR WHAT ARE THEIR MOTTO AND INSPIRATION TO GET IN THE GOVERNMENT?

My favorite party which is the Labour Party in this selected government has no seats in the executive which is the president and governors but in the case of the legislative house they have occupied 34 seats in the federal house and 7 seats in the Senate house and there have not assume any seats in the state house of assembly.

And their moto or should I say slogan is "forward ever" and their inspiration in getting into government is from their ideological believes which is on "social democracy" which their aim is to promote social democratic principles and achieving social justice, progress and unity.

WRITE ABOUT THE LEADER OF YOUR POLITICAL PARTY. IS HE/SHE THE MAIN REASON OF YOUR INTEREST IN THAT PARTY?

The leader of the Labour Party goes by the name Julius Abure who is the current national chairman for labour party who is from the southern part of Nigeria but the media do not have much detail about him.

But as seen in the picture above is the presidential candidate for labour party he is the very reason why I supported labour party in the first place and everyone just have unconditional love for him.

Therefore Julius Abure who is the chairman for labour party is not the main reason I supported or develop interest for labour party rather the main reason why I choose to support labour party is because of Peter obi, who is the former governor of Anambra state that quite that decamp from the people's democratic party PDP to labour party to run for the 2023 Nigerian presidential election

Dear sir I will like to say that the next presidential election I'm very certain that you guys will nail it, because I very much have fate in peter obi he will definitely become the next president of the federal republic of Nigeria.
