The following story is originally written in a book called “The Underground History Of American Education”.
Post Disclaimer:
It is not to be taken as a prototype of how schools are operating or anything. As there was a little to no research done to check whether this is a fictional or a real story that happened.
The story is not to be taken as an advice or anything of that sort. I am not drawing any conclusions out of the story.
The story was shared as it was a well written part of the book.
The Story:
A young student with a keen interest in drawing privately created artworks he cherished under his pillow. Transitioning to school, he treated his drawings like companions, but faced challenges conforming to norms, notably resisting wearing a tie despite pressure from his teacher. His artistic expression evolved, deviating from conventional subjects to drawing in yellow hues. Struggling with changes, he eventually exhibited signs of stress, culminating in a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Syndrome, altering perceptions of his once lively demeanor to a medical concern among school authorities and parents alike.
