Starting off by wishing everyone good health. I have been sick for the past few days and am now fairly well. An important contest has been organized in the Steem 4Bloggers community. The theme of the contest is Contest 📢 || "What are the benefits of learning the English language?". I will participate in this contest with great interest with my experience. So let's get started.

Do you think learning English is important and why?

Language is a means of expressing thoughts. We usually use mother tongue to express our thoughts. There is an international language as mother tongue varies from place to place. And this international language can be used anywhere.
Every country has their own mother tongue and my mother tongue is Bengali. And the international language is English. The English language can be used to communicate with all people in the home country as well as anywhere in the outside world. So the importance of learning English language is immense. Some important aspects are given below.

The present age is the digital age and in this age many people in the world are now earning a living by doing business online. English language is definitely required in that case.

The importance of English language is immense in having any exchange or harmonious relationship with one country. Because the people of one country are never loyal to the language of another country.

At present, various tourists go to their own country as well as outside the world to enjoy the tourist center. Of course, the English language is important. When traveling to another country, you can easily express your feelings with the people of that country in English.

In order to keep pace with the outside world in the country's trade, import and export, it is necessary to learn English.

Besides, if you go abroad for higher education, you have to learn English so that you can live there comfortably.

Another important aspect especially the English language is that we have different users from different countries working on this Steemit platform, so our different languages ​​are different. Although anyone can post using their mother tongue on this platform but if we post in English language we all understand it very well.

I can speak English fairly well, although I did not learn English very well. But giving as much as I can has made my life easier. Nowadays people of our country like the outside world are also interested in English language so to keep up with everyone I need to know some English language. The journey of learning English language started in childhood through school and till now I am learning English language. Because learning has no age. Whenever I don't understand any Bengali word in English, I learn it from Google.

Although I don't need to go to outside world but I work online. In that case I must know English language and I am also willing to learn freelancing work. I must know English language to do freelancing work. The projects that are worked on in freelancing are largely connected to external people.

I have already said that I started my journey to learn English language from my school life and till now I have interest in learning English language. The present age is digital age and in this age we can find anything by searching online or google. Nowadays I am a Being a housewife and working online, I definitely use google for that, as I mentioned before. But sometimes I read English vocabulary books. Which help me a lot to learn English language. Another interesting thing is that sometimes I try to speak English with my husband. In this way, my English language practice is always consistent.

If you learn something in life and don't practice it, anyone can forget it. Now I don't study in school or university anymore. As I said before I am a housewife so I feel comfortable learning English language by myself. But having a partner to learn English language is very helpful. Because to learn the English language, we definitely need some means. In that case, the importance of a partner for learning English is immense. As I have already said, sometimes I practice the use of the English language with my husband. Even if you are interested in learning something alone, it becomes difficult to learn and you need a partner to make it easier. So I chose online or google to learn English. Currently, this medium is very convenient for me to learn English.
