SLC-S21W2 | Learn how to apply makeup correctly on your skin

I came today to participate in Engagement Challenge Week 2 SLC-S21W2 | Unfortunately I could not participate in Engagement Challenge ''SLC S21W1'' due to illness. Our teacher explained each and every step of makeup very nicely. I really enjoyed learning these makeup step by step exercises. So let's get started.

Did you know that there are many shades of concealer for skin? Apart from the mentioned, what other shades exist and what is used in each of them.

Yes reading the second part I came to know that there are many sets of concealers for our skin. Concealer plays a very important role in our toke makeup. We usually use concealer after primary to make up. We usually wear makeup often but many of us don't know the importance or how to do it very well. So today I learned by reading and practicing the second lesson of this engagement challenge that concealer is very important for our makeup. Besides, there are different types of concealer shades like green, pink, orange etc.

I'm really glad that in the second lesson I learned that green concealer changes our skin rash or acne redness. Also pink concealer covers facial blemishes or small veins. Also, the orange tone covers dark circles or dark spots on the skin.

All these problems are usually present in our skin, so if we follow these rules, we can do perfect makeup. I am really glad to practice the second lesson because we need to know how to use high coverage concealer for makeup and its effectiveness.

I often wear makeup when I go somewhere or attend an event. So I have all the products as required. But whenever some of these run out I buy them from the market. Anyway, I was really glad that I had enough makeup to practice on the second lesson.

But what told me why they are different brands in our market. Because my husband brings me different brands of makeup products. That is, we buy the products that run out. I rarely use products of the same brand.

They say that the quality of makeup makes a noticeable difference between the results obtained when comparing one makeup where replicas or cheap products are used and another where original products are used; What is your opinion? .

We are always conscious about skin care. Makeup with genuine products lasts for a long time and if used with fake products, it becomes less durable i.e. makeups get removed from different places with skin sweat. Now the thing is that products are always a bit expensive and fake. The products are available at cheap prices. So we must buy real products that are a little more expensive to do good makeup.

We wear makeup usually to make us look good. But many times cheap fake makeup doesn't last long on our skin. So it is better to use original products to make our makeup complete and correct.

To apply makeup on my skin, I first cleanse my skin thoroughly with water. Now I'm starting to do my makeup.

• Step-1: First I apply the primer on my face and blend it well with my hands.

• Step 2: Now I will mash the skin well with orange concealer where there are dark spots on my skin. Like I have dark spots under my eyes, I will match there and apply it on both sides of the nose.

• Step 3 : Now I dab the foundation with a sponge and blend it into the skin. Just like I read in the second lesson. If you don't blend your foundation well with a sponge, your makeup will be less lasting and prone to smudging.

• Step 4: Now I will apply the contour on both sides of the nose to make my nose thinner with the help of a brush. Then I will apply the contour on the lower part of the cheekbones to make the skin of the face look natural. Now I will mash it well with the brush.

Fifth step: Now I will set my makeup by applying the last powder with a brush.

• My Experience

I'm really glad I did the second step of the engagement challenge to get the makeup right for my skin. I feel really great after makeup. I feel very proud to participate in this engagement challenge. ❤️
