The diary Game|| It's our 14th fast, Alhamdulillah done very well || 25-03-2024

Hope you all are doing well and good and enjoying the best days of your life. This is me @shahid2030 from Pakistan and you are here reading my post. You all are welcome here from the core of my heart.

This is the 14th Ramadan diary of mine. Ramadan the month of love, peace, humanity and humbleness. Our fasting Start from morning till sun set. So I had my breakfast around 4 am. We call it Sehri in our language. After Sehri I left to somewhere, I have an important work to do. My cousin have some money with a person, we went there. It's almost 12 am we got free from there.

I had a small nap, because the weather was too hot today and I felt extreme thirst. It was around 2 o'clock I came to the shop. I am currently working in a Shop as a computer operator. I do prints and other online work on computer. These days the customers are less, because of Ramadan. At day time we are mostly free, but at night we face a mob of people.

The mosque is near by our shop. I offered the Zuhar Salah in it. I missed the prayer with congregation, as I was a sleep. This mosque it open for the worshiper 24/7 and it has a huge capacity of people to accommodate.

I bought a dozen of banana going back home. My duty in Ramadan is from morning till evening ( Asar ) time. I bought a dozen of banana, because everyday I make a strawberry and banana milkshake for me. It cost me 200PKR buying one and a half dozen banana.

Every evening when I got home I do 5km running. I have a plan to loose my weight this month. It's a golden and easy chance for me to achieve it. I think I have some extra fat in my body. Along with 5 kilometers running each day I do cardio workout too.

Now it's time for Iftar. We can call it a kind of dinner. This is the time we break our fast. Those who have fast are desperately waiting for Iftar, because having fast for 14 long hours isn't an easy task. You can't eat or drink anything. We had a special menu of Beef, Pakory, Chatni, and salad.

I am on diet so I don't eat wildly. I take care of my diet, because I have a high plan of loosing weight this month. Even it's easy too, if someone wants, because whole day you don't eat or drink, you must will loose cholesterol of your body, hence it will result in loosing your body weight.

I have made a banana and strawberry milkshake for me after Iftar. I make it very much special. Let me mention the ingredients I use in this milkshake.

Alhamdulillah I am offering full taraveeh prayer. Muslim people here will understand this term. It's a long prayer of night having 20 Rakat in it. The Imam e masjid complete an entire Quran in these taraveeh. It takes him almost a month to complete it.

You have an option, if you want to do it with congregation or alone. I offer it alone, because with Imam sab it takes too long. I joined the shop after competing my taraveeh and then go my home at 11 pm.
