1.What is the latest iPhone model released by Apple?

According to my knowledge, the latest iPhone model is "iPhone 15 Pro". It is the first iPhone which is supported USB 3 and 6. It provide the facility to transfer data in fastest speed which was the dream of everyone.
The bighest change in iPhone is action buttion. It is good change in iPhone in a long time. Another change in camera lens. It has better camera quality , we can take more better picture with this mobile. iPhone 15 Pro can survive in water about 30 minutes which make it more unique. It has 8GB of RAM, it means we can work or play games in fastest speed. iPhone provides fast work RAM as conpared to other phones. It price is about 1000$, a middle man can not afford it. Another positve point , it support 5G, we can get more its internet speed.

2.Can you explain how voice assistants works?

Voice assist play very important role in iPhone mobile. The people who unable to write or not interested in written can use this function and enjoy iPhone features. Apple's voice assitant is known as Siri and it is made to carry out a number of functions on our iPhone and respond to voice requests. We just need to active Siri. It works very simple like below:

Integration
If we have enabled it, we can use the wake phrase "Hey Siri" to summon Siri, or wemay press and hold the Home button. To activate "Hey Siri,"
navigate to Settings > Siri & Search, then turn on the "Listen for 'Hey Siri' options.
Auditory Identification
Siri understands our orders by using cutting-edge speech recognition
technology. We can utilize normal language instead of using terms that are particular to it.
Internet connectivity
Siri establishes a connection with Apple's servers in order to retrieve data for activities that need internet access, such online searches and weather updates.
Integration with applications Both third-party applications that allow Siri function and manybuilt-in apps are integrated with Siri.
Learning and Personalization
After passing of time, Siri may adjust to our voice and pick up on our preferences, which will increase its accuracy.

There are many other plateforms except youtube. I mentioned following which are in my knowlege.

Daily motion is very popular video streaming plateform other than youtube.

This is subscription-based streaming service which offer a vast library of movies, TV shows, documentaries and original content.
Amazon Prime Video
Amazon Prime is also on subscription based it provides a wide range of movies, TV series and Amazon Originals.

Hulu Offers a different kind of TV shows, movies and original content. It also provides current-season TV episodes shortly after it air.
Disney+
It is also Home of wide array of content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic. It includes both classic and new release content.
HBO Max
This is streaming service that consist of content from HBO.
