Steemit Engagement challange || s7w5 || if I Were the principal

Welcome to the "Steemit Engagement Challenge: Season 7 Week 5". First of all, I would like to thank the "Steem4Bloggers" community for challenging us with an excellent topic.

All of us have studied in every school or some school as a student. We had many dreams in student life if I could become a principal once? However, Steam for bloggers community gives a virtual opportunity to be that principal. I am happy to enter this wonderful contest.

Every principal must demonstrate accountability. So if I get a chance to be the principal of my school then I will try to improve the academy of my school first of all to be aware of politeness and rules among all.. Because respect for people and respect for teachers is important for every human life. So I would encourage everyone about one thing and that is respect for everyone.

Discipline is one aspect of keeping an organization healthy and well. If any organization has good discipline and rules then that organization is very good.

So I will strictly monitor all the teachers as principal. If a student makes a mess first, I would advise him to explain it nicely first. And talk to his Guardians a second time. and to punish him with severe punishment if the same is done in the third warning. Limiting the issue only to students. I will also try to follow strict rules and even teachers will be brought under this law if they break the rules.

Why not? Sports should be arranged in every school.

Sports helps to keep students' minds healthy and vibrant. So I always encourage them to play sports.

For this I will take several steps and that is.

• I will organize some game every week.

• Providing sports equipment is essential to keep children interested in coming to school. So, through the Ministry of Sports, I will make overall arrangements for adequate sports in my institution.

• I will organize football games during the football season. And I will organize a small picnic with the final match of the inter-class football competition.

• Besides, cricket games will be organized in hot season. Nice picnic with him. The only purpose of picnic is to make students interested in school.

• I will organize some small prizes in all the tournaments that I will organize. Because if you can reward them, they will be encouraged and their interest in education will increase.

And if the above things can be mastered, then I think it is possible to increase the interest in sports among school students.

I will keep a strict eye on the students. Students must try to clear the entire subject before imparting knowledge on some subject. I will suggest teachers first. In teaching them about any subject, they should understand the subjects which are easy to understand. There is no need to misbehave with students. If you explain something over and over they will surely understand and I think it is important to be polite with every student.

School is a place of institutional learning. If there is not enough morality in the school then moral education can never be taught or learned from there. So in my school I will follow the principle that every teacher and every student should do the same. And that is they have to nurture morality.

Ethics means having knowledge about what is right. Being above principle is never the wrong way to go. Because if you want to maintain your personality in any educational institution then first of all you have to keep your policy right.. Exactly I want to do the same.

Ethics will be of immense importance in my organization and I want to be known to all as a person of integrity and will be inshallah.
