Today, at school, math felt a little harder than usual. We were studying about quadratic equations. Starting from easy examples, Mrs. Lina broke down the problems step by step.
Over time, I began to feel more understanding. We then worked on practice questions together in class.
There were some questions that confused me, but I tried asking my deskmate, Rani. She explained them in a way that was easier to understand, and finally I understood how to find the roots of the equation. Although it was difficult at first, I was finally able to solve the questions smoothly.
Today I learned a lot of new things about math. I feel proud because even though it was difficult, I was able to face it and gain a better understanding.
After a challenging math lesson, it was finally time for a break. I felt relieved to be able to take a break from the lesson that made my head a little dizzy. My friends and I went straight to the school cafeteria.
The cafeteria was quite crowded, because many friends from other classes were also taking a break there. We chose seats that were a bit away from the crowd, near the window, so we could chat quietly. Rani, my deskmate who was always cheerful, immediately took her favorite food—fried rice and iced sweet tea. I chose chicken noodles and orange juice, because it tasted fresh and delicious.
While eating, we chatted about the lesson earlier, and some friends also started to complain about the homework that had to be completed. Some complained about the difficulty of math, while others were happy because they could understand the material well. We all gave each other tips and helped each other, which made the atmosphere warmer and more enjoyable.
After eating, we went around for a while to buy snacks—chips, candy, and a few bottles of mineral water. We also joked and laughed, enjoying this short break. It felt good to relax for a while after studying hard, and spend time with friends.
Finally, the bell rang, signaling that break time was over. We immediately went back to class feeling more refreshed and ready to continue the next lesson. Today, I feel lucky to have friends who always support and make days at school more enjoyable.
When we arrived at the field, my friends were already waiting. There was Aldo, Rani, and several other friends. We immediately divided into teams and started playing.
The weather that afternoon was quite bright, not too hot, so playing futsal felt really fun. I relaxed quite quickly after studying at school all day. While playing, we laughed and joked a lot. Although I was a bit tired because I had just started studying, playing futsal made me more enthusiastic.
I played quite well today, although I missed a few times. Today, although quite busy, was really fun. I felt fresher and ready to face the next day.
