Inside My Cupboard

What are the things that you have placed in your cupboards?

Cupboards are special places in every house where we keep our valuables items so that we get access to them easily at any point in time. There are a few things which one tends to keep in his or her cupboard and in my case I will be listing the things you can also find in my cupboard.

In my cupboard, what you will see are different sections or segments I.e I divided the shelves so that I can keep my things separate. I have a shelve for wine, books, artwork, telephone etc.

Now I have also added names to all the shelves so that just by looking at them you can say which holds a particular stuff. This has helped me locate things in my cupboard more easily.

Tell us about one most important thing which is present in your cupboard.

One of the most important things which are present in my cupboard is the books I read. As a student, I find joy in reading through books to add my knowledge every time. So I keep my valuable books which I have not finished studying in the cupboard.

Keeping it here reminds me that I have a task yet unfinished and that I should try to finish the work I'm having at hand. Since I go to the cupboard every day, I see the book and that makes me pick it up again and continue reading from where I initially stopped.

This act has helped me to grow myself and become more addicted to reading. It is now part of my life to read always and every time.

How often do you clean and manage your cupboard?

I ensure to keep my cupboard clean every weekend since that is the only free period I have during the week. As a student, it a difficult for me to always do many things at the same time hence I only remove all that is no longer needed and dust the cupboard at weekends.

This has helped me to know what is not available and the things that are needed to be added to the cupboard as well.

If you have to replace something with another thing which is already present in your cupboard so what would you choose to replace it with?

If I have the chance to replace anything in the cupboard, I will replace the telephone with a computer system. I'm doing this because I have a phone already but I need a computer to help me whenever I want to study from the cupboard.

Sometimes I will want to do something while studying close to the cupboard but because of rhe absence of a computer, I will get distracted and then look for where I can perform that task which will make me lose focus on my initial journey.

If I have a computer present, I don't need to go anywhere but sit and perform my whole task before leaving the arena.
