50 years ago, people were thinking that highly refined foods would be beneficial. Today, many people think that less processed natural food is better.

That's right, my friend. Processed food or fast food is delicious, but it's not healthy. I prefer to eat natural food made at home by my mother, because natural food made at home is guaranteed to be healthy. Thank you🙂
