WHAT ARE THE SOCIAL EVILS THAT ARE SPREADING IN RAPIDLY IN MY SOCIETY

To start with, the the quest for money that's the get rich quick syndrome is really pushing into committing some social evil making it to be increasing rapidly
This social evil growing rapidly are

  1. Bribery
  2. Corruption
  3. Arm robbery
  4. Fraud
    E.t.c
WHAT ARE THE REASONS FOR THE SPREAD

Generally the spread can be traced back to the get rich quick syndrome, but however that is not an excuse to committing social vices, also looking at it from other angles, the get rich quick syndrome isn't the only cause if this social vices, let's take for example bribery, most times the vice takes place at the highest order in hierarchy of a system an at this, greed is the most figured activity
So the reasons for the spread of this social vices may be

  1. Get rich quick; as I said earlier most youth due to the fact, that they want to make money quickly and by any means possible they engage in several vices such as arm robbery, and fraudulent activities.
  2. Greed; for most people that have attained a certain height and possess certain amount of money enough for them to b called rich still involve in vices due to the fact that they are not satisfied with what they have they always want more.
3. **Poverty**; most people are engrossed and enraged with the fact they are poor and cannot make ends needs and consider this vices as the only way to make a living, thereby they engage in them.
4. **Unemployment**; people who are unemployed find most times find it tempting to engage in vices to keep themselves busy and most times see it as their business and their occupation. 5. **Pressure**: most people are under pressure from friends, and most times family members, this serves as a push to them, pressure such as "your friend are riding cars, and your wasting your life" at this point they see some social evil as their only way out. The reasons stated above are only but a few some others include; drug influence, to get a name, fame e.t.c.
WHAT ARE ITS EFFECT ON THE SOCIETY

Social vices gas done effect it leaves on people in the society, some include; it impoverish the occupants of such society as in the case of embezzlement, mistrust, fear left in the hearts of the citizens, laziness, and lot more

HOW CAN THIS EVIL BE ELIMINATED FROM THE SOCIETY

This social vices can be resolved;

  1. Enlightenment: if the public are warned of the consequences of those social vices the engagement in it would be reduced.
  2. Posing punishment: some measures like punishment should be implemented to impose fear in the heart of those committing such vices for them not to be able to brag about it or tell others about it and if possible quit for the fear of being caught.
  3. Job opportunities: job opportunities should be created to empower citizens of societies so as to eradicate vices from their minds.
  4. Most importantly the life of their leaders in the society should be one to be emulated, so as to set the pace for those following.
