Introduction

Hello friends how are you all hope you all are well I am also very well with your prayers and Allah's grace but anyway I am going to participate in this beautiful pageant and I would like to thank and congratulate the organizer of this beautiful pageant anyway I I have shared my recipes with you. If you like it, please comment and help me. If there are any mistakes, please comment. I will explain my recipes step by step. Tried it anyway so let's start my today's recipe-

All I need to make my recipe are-

• Pabda fish
• eggplant
• tomato
• Green chillies
• Turmeric powder
• Chilli powder
• salt
• Soybean oil
• ginger batter
• and various types of masala batter

And all these ingredients should be taken according to the needs of the family and everything should be taken according to the amount of food according to the needs of the family

First step

First I washed the fishes not very well then cut the eggplant tomatoes into small pieces then finely chopped the onions and peppers to my liking but anyway for the fishes I will start my recipe with I cut the eggplant tomatoes like this and after cooking it like this Cooked food is very tasty

Second step

After the first bap I started my cooking first I put a pan in the middle of the stove and in the middle of cooking I put oil like family then after the oil heats up I add PS young and chopped green chillies then I fry them till they turn red waits

The third step

After the second step I got and after the chillies are red you mix all kinds of spices with them add a cup of water and stir them very nicely with a spoon then after some time I add the fishes nicely and I sin them then I put them in the pot I left it

Fourth step

After the third step, I put all the fish in the bowl, after I cut the eggplant tomatoes, I add them with the same amount of spices and the spices of the fish. I mix them together for some time.

The fifth step

After the 4th step I now open the lid and add water according to my quantity so that the vegetables are cooked then I cover it nicely with the lid and after a while I lift the lid to see how much I have cooked and again I cover it nicely with the lid.

The sixth step

Now I open the lid and fry the fish placed on top of the vegetables and I put them on top nicely and then I push and cover it nicely and that's how my cooking comes to the end oh by the way I haven't finished cooking eggplant with my fish oh dad I'm done It becomes a delicious meal

Seventh step

After the last step, I took a picture of my cooked fish curry in a small bowl and wrote my ID and my country's name on a small piece of paper and that's how I finished my recipe.

Conclusion

Finally I can say that my recipe is very tasty and delicious and if everyone cooks deliciously like everyone else then it must be delicious food whatever it is vegetables but anyway everyone will be fine and healthy hope Allah Hafez
