Gaziantep gezimi tek bir post ile paylaşmak istedim ama tek bir posta sığmayacak kadar çok güzel bir şehir.Gaziantep gastronomi şehri.Yemekleri ile de ayrıca meşhur olunca insan her şeyi yemek istiyor☺️
Gaziantep’e 2 günlüğüne gidince her lezzetti 2 güne sığdırmaya çalıştık🙈
Sabah uyandık kahvaltımızı Gaziantep’in meşhur ekmek arası nohut dürümü ve kızartması ile yapmak istedik.Pide ekmeğine nohutu koyuyorlar.Nohut çok pişmiş olduğundan ekmekte eziliyor.Üstünede siz ne tercih ederseniz patlıcan,patates,ciğer kavurması,salata,domates onu ekletiyorsunuz .

Üzerine başka birşey yemeyeceğimi bilsem sanırım bir dürüm daha yiyebilirdim.
Gaziantep şehrinde aç kalmazsınız.Fiyatıda çok uygundu.
Ardından meşhur katmerci Zekeriya Ustaya gittik.
Kahvaltıda tercih edilen bir tatlı türü.
Kaymak ,fıstık,şeker ile yapılıyor.
Yanında süt ile servis ediliyor.
Yolunuz düşerse mutlaka Katmerci Zekeriya Ustaya gitmenizi tavsiye ederim.

Gaziantep’te çocukları bu alanlarda çok küçük yaşta yetiştiriyorlar.Hatta her alanda büyükler küçükleri yetiştiriyor el emekleri ile üretime katkıda bulunduruyorlar.
Ben bu alışkanlıklarını çok değerli buluyorum.Tezgahtarda olsa küçük yaştan yetiştirildikleri için işlerine çok hakimler.
Otelimiz bu mekanlara yakın olduğu için yürüyerek otele ilerlerken Belediyeye ait Mozaik okuluna rastladık.Yine bir hanın içerisinde kapıdan girince avluya giriyorsunuz.İçeriyi gezme imkanı bulduk.Çok güzel eserler yapılmış.

Ara sokaklar her yer tarih kokuyor.Tarihi mekanlarla dolu bir yer.

Şehir planlaması çok düzenli yapılmış.Çarşısında bile işyerleri tek renk yapılmış.Ünlü markalar bile aynı renkte.Bir düzen var.

Gitme vakti gelince bir lahmacun daha yemeden ayrılmak olmazdı.Tabi bunları yemek güzel ertesi günü her ne kadar mide problemi yaşasamda herşey çok güzeldi..☺️

Hello everyone

I wanted to share my trip to Gaziantep in a single post, but it is a city too beautiful to fit into a single post. Gaziantep is a city of gastronomy. When it becomes famous for its food, people want to eat everything ☺️
When we went to Gaziantep for 2 days, we tried to fit every flavor into 2 days🙈
We woke up in the morning and wanted to have our breakfast with Gaziantep's famous chickpea wrap and fries. They put chickpeas in pita bread. Since the chickpeas are overcooked, they are crushed in the bread. On top of that, you add whatever you prefer: eggplant, potatoes, roasted liver, salad, tomatoes.

I think I could have eaten another wrap if I knew I wasn't going to eat anything else on top of it.
You won't go hungry in Gaziantep. The price was also very affordable.
Then we went to the famous katmer maker Zekeriya Usta.
A type of dessert preferred for breakfast.
It is made with cream, peanuts and sugar.
It is served with milk on the side.
If you ever pass by, I definitely recommend you to go to Katmerci Zekeriya Usta.

In Gaziantep, they train children in these areas at a very young age. In fact, adults train young children in every field and contribute to production with their manual labor.
I find these habits very valuable. Even if they are clerks, they are very knowledgeable about their jobs because they were trained from a young age.
Since our hotel is close to these places, we came across the Municipality's Mosaic School while walking to the hotel. Again, when you enter the door of an inn, you enter the courtyard. We had the opportunity to visit the inside. There are many beautiful works of art.

The side streets smell of history everywhere. It is a place full of historical places.

City planning has been done very regularly. Even in the bazaar, the workplaces are made in one color. Even the famous brands are the same color. There is an order.

When it was time to go, I couldn't leave without eating another lahmacun. Of course, it was nice to eat these. Even though I had stomach problems the next day, everything was great..☺️
