A Day in the Life of Snow and Salmon: #Caturday Fun 🐱🌼

Hello everyone! 😸 Life goes on as usual, and my mornings always start around 6 AM—scooping the litter box first thing! After that, I either do some laundry or head out to the garden. Once I’m back, it’s time to get breakfast for my little ones. After taking care of the human food, it’s the cats’ turn to eat. 🐾

Both of my cats, Snow (the Scottish Fold) and Salmon (the Persian/Thai mix), are still young—just 4 months old—so they need a bit of extra care. From vaccines to keeping them well-fed, I try to give them the best. Like all kittens, they’ve had their share of issues with ear mites and fungal infections, probably from their previous home. But don’t worry—they’re all healthy now!

These days, I’ve fallen completely in love with my cats. 🥰 I find everything they do absolutely adorable! I’m also excitedly waiting to see what their future kittens will look like—will they take after their mom, Snow, with her sweet Scottish Fold features? Or will they look more like their dad, Salmon, with his Persian flair? 🐱 I’ve been reading up on when cats usually have their first litter. Apparently, it can happen as early as 4 months! Just the other day, I caught Salmon trying to charm his lady, but they both still seem so young. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see! 😅

I got this cute cardboard cat house about a month ago, and the cats love it—especially when I turn on the air conditioning during hot days. Usually, though, they prefer lying on the cool tile floor. I try not to use the AC too much (electricity is expensive! 😂).

They nap all day long! It’s like, if they’re not napping, they’re eating. Typical cats, right? 💤🐾

“Back off, human! This is my lady—no intruders allowed!” 😼

Cats can be so fickle! One minute they’re inseparable, the next they’re off doing their own thing 😹

“If the male’s not around, why should I stick around? I’m out of here!” 😂

He wants to play but is too lazy to move—so he just taps the ball with her paw while lying down. Typical cat logic! 😸
