Where laughter and delight have died down.
City capitals and priori are cities where you can find everything your heart desires.
But there was a time when our city did not have a circus and children could only be content with those moments when the circus tent came to town.
In those days, streams of people headed towards the cloth tent of the circus.
Many years passed and it was decided to build a permanent circus building open to visitors at any time of the year.
And so they did.
The circus building turned out to be grandiose it became the highlight of the city, a source of pride.
As you know pride is a bad assistant and, as it turned out later the architects did not take into account the presence of groundwater when choosing a place to build such a massive structure and the building shrank dangerous cracks appeared on the walls.
Now this grandiose architectural creation has turned into a place where neither delight nor laughter are heard.
