Christmas lunch! After assisting my aunty in the kitchen for 6 hours, I finally sat down to enjoy my reward...I mean meal, lol. We used a kind of spoon that shapes the rice to a kind of semi-circle design and, it scattered before I could get a picture of it. I was also too tired to rearrange it. Anyways, this is two scoops of jollof rice at the top, a scoop of fried rice at the bottom corner, and salad at the other end. Cherry on the cake is the chicken in the middle. Enjoy the holiday :)
