Feeding The Scared Kitty

I hope all of us are having a good day. This is my second post on STEEMIT, I still have plenty things to learn here. It's been 2 months since my first, and I think I have waited too long for nothing. After weeks on Farcasters, I think today I should try STEEMIT again better.

Usually in all Food Stalls we will meet some stray cats. Some are pure domestics, and some are strays and ferals who come and trying to conquer the food zone so they don't have to hunt anymore, only need to Miaw Miaw to hooman who are eating there.

Where there is a pack of cats, there always be the mid boss who own the place. That's the nature of cats, they tend to not need any leader, just a boss. That black one was definitely the mid boss in the place I was eating that time.

Regarding there are some cats and I do not want to be bugged by them, so I ordered this Nasi Padang cincang. In english, nasi padang means the rice set in Padang Style, and Cincang is chopped meat however the real translation should be Fat and Innards Curry. We call it chopped meat to make it easy to call, although expect no real meat in there.

Curry gives strong herb aroma, most cats dislike it and they won't ask it from you unless you make an eye contact with them. It's just on their SOP, whenever a human makes an eye contact, they come and think ok we get this hooman mesmerized. Time to extort them for food.

However I saw a scared kitty in front of me. She is not a kitten but not and adult one yet. Maybe 4-5 months age. She kept watching me behind the chair.

At the same time, other cats watching her. She seemed to be a new comer, not yet welcomed by others

So I picked her outside, get some leftover from others and feed her. Of course I did not pick the leftover from someone else plate, I asked the server to help me get some for this cat.

While I was playing and feeding her, the mid boss blacky kept watching us. It seemed no cats dared to come near him.

So in this post there are somepoints that I want to share.

First don't feed cat by dropping your leftover from your table. Bring the food outside and let the cat eat it outside. Don't dirty the floor with your food, and make a lousy excuse about it that you are doing good deeds for the cats. I often see people doing this, and it is not proper.
Not all people like cats, do not pet cats in the stalls. The person who sit next your table might have allergic with them. And most stray cats are not in healthy condition. They have fleas and scabies. Don't ruin other people mood and appetite just for your fun
