Welcome to my Steemit Food Daily Blog, and as for today I am sharing you my breakfast earlier today. It is what people call Bubur Ayam dan Ampela.
In English, it is Chicken Porridge and Chicken Gizzard. It is actually a regular chicken Porridge with an extra Gizzard Skewer.
That's the gizzard I have been talking about. I recall a few days ago I posted my lunch which was Liver and Gizzard. Gizzard tastes very nice and it gives us many benefit however still it is an offal. Taking it too much would give us other serious health issue. So be mindful if you like eating it, know your own limitation.
