Welcome to my Steemit Food Daily Blog, as usual I share one of my meal here and in this opportunity I am sharing a dinner that I am having right now.
It is already late night here, 21:00 PM so there is not much food I could pick. Most of the food stalls are already closing down, so I pick the most popular dish for this case. It is nasi goreng, or fried rice.
I like the warm rice and smokey aroma from a recently made Nasi Goreng, it is so comforting to have this on this cold night. You do not need anything special here, just add an egg and some crackers, they will make this fried rice taste becomes even better.
Let's talk a bit out of topic here. Without good lighting, it is very hard to take a good and sharp photo. I am struggling to get a good focused shots here and it is impolite to turn on flashlight in dark area here. Definitely will disturb people who dine there.
