Hello Friends

Formy Steemit Food Daily Blog today, I am sharing you guys this dish. We call it Ikan Mujaer, or Mujaer fish. Usually in Indonesia if we say something about fish as the dish, it will be fried not steam or going into a soup.

Mujaer fish is actually a sub species of Tilapia fish, if you googling it you will get Mozambique tilapia as it's original latin name. The fish came from Mozambique and because in the past they were one of the most favorite aquaculture fishes, so they have distributed all across the world for hundreds of years.

The fish became popular here and we all knew that it was the Dutch Colonization that brought the fish into Indonesia. Sometime I think this species is threatening some of the endemic species.

Ok that's all for my Food Diary today. I hope you like it and please feel free to leave any comments below. Thank you for visiting my post and special thanks to theentertainer and visionaer3003 who have been managing our community very well, The Camping Club Steemit CCS.

See you tomorrow!!!
