Hello Friends
Today is a rainy day so I want to have something warm and healthy to maintain my condition. Food such as Porridge and Soup should be the ideal one on this weather, so I have decided to get one of them for my lunch..
Finally I order this one, a chicken soup called as Soto Lamongan. It means the soup is originated from Lamongan, a region in Eastern Java Island. Soto Lamongan and Soto Ambengan are actually the same food, they are just two sides of the same coin. Both are esthetic chicken soup that share a traditional cuisine heritage.
