I just came back from my dialysis treatment and is greeted with one hot and thick air because it is this time of the year again where everything to the touch is warm and it is really great to take a bath a few times a day because as soon as you get out of the bathroom you will again begin to sweat.
I did some few hours of Sauna treatment using my Sauna suit yesterday and I was able to shed some water from my body. I listed to the music on Youtube while I'm at it so that I will not much feel the long time that I want to profusely perspire because my goal is to arrive at the dialysis clinic to be still light and within my target range of not heavier than two and a half kilos because otherwise I will face a backlog of fluids in my body and that is never good because my lungs will get saturated with fluids and give trouble in breathing.
Even now after my dialysis session it is tempting to wear my old Sauna suit again and let me shed some salt and other toxins from my body but my parents will have to clean-up the mess after I am done. Maybe tomorrow I can so that I will have more liberty in consuming fluids by letting-out some fluids because right now I am only having a smaller amount of allowance so I have to find more ways in removing them so that I will not be feeling deprived that too much which I am really sad about because it is one of my biggest struggles as a long-term chronic dialysis patient.

I wonder what a sauna suit looks like. Does it keep you warm during the cold winter? It's still cold here and if it's cold I mainly like to sleep. I must have missed the hibernating of the bears this last winter.
All those clouds doesn't look warm, it feels as if the sky comes down. Sharp photos you took! It didn't rain?

It looks like a Pajama with garter on the neck, at the cuffs of the arm of the jacket and at the ankle pert of the pants so that it will tarp the body heat. The body heat is what make you sweat like a mothafucka 😅.
It is made out of thick elastic plastic material. If you wear it it will make make you sweat depending on how hot the environment is.
Anyway, sometimes these clouds will either get darker and it will rain lightly either at night or before the sun goes up. Sometimes they will get thin and show more blue sky just like what I posted recently.
