During this season when holidays are coming, more people are taking advantage of it even doing illegal things. Beggars are everywhere which is illegal in our country even by giving to them. They may even being used by syndicates. Trafficking happens in broad daylight yet nothing was done to stop them.
It was when we were in Aparri. We didn't stroll. There's not much to see in the municipality as my sister-in-law said.
