Hello Steemit visitors gamer's riders's and photographer's I want to stay healthy and to stay healthy I need to keep both my body and mind good. So I wake up early in the morning and pray Fajr, then go out for a walk for some time to exercise. After walking for half an hour, I came back and wrote something. And the pictures of nature that I photographed with mobile. I select from those pictures and post the pictures that I like. Today is the first day of the week, Saturday, and this week I have 7 posts. I have highlighted those.
- হ্যালো হাইভস দর্শক গেমারস রাইডারস এবং ফটোগ্রাফারস,আমি চাই সুস্থ থাকতে আর সুস্থ থাকার জন্য আমার শরীর এবং মন দুটোই ভালো রাখা দরকার।তাই তো আমি ভোরবেলা ঘুম থেকে উঠে ফজরের সালাত আদায় করি, তারপর কিছুক্ষণ সময় শারিরীক এক্সারসাইজ করার জন্য বাহিরে চলে যাই হাঁটার জন্য। আধাঘন্টা হাঁটার পর ফিরে এসেই কিছু লেখালেখি করি। আর প্রকৃতির যে ছবিগুলি আমি মোবাইল দিয়ে ফটোগ্রাফী করেছিলাম। সেই ছবি গুলো থেকে বাছাই করে ভালো লাগার মতো ছবি গুলো পোস্ট করি। আজ সপ্তাহের প্রথম দিন শনিবার,আর এই সপ্তাহের আমি ৭ টি পোস্ট করেছি। সেই গুলো আমি তুলে ধরেছি।
