This weekend starting on Friday already turned out very very very special and amazing for my family! 😊 Thank you for all good wishes, including chocolate - it made me smile very widely! (Coinsidence: today along with breakfast we watched a nice YT video investigating the long history of mankind mutual relations with cacao and chocolate).

I've heard of a special kind of coffee that is fermented inside the stomach of a small animal called a civet... but I've never heard of people deliberately burying coffee beans in poop - ?!?! (or I just did not understand correctly what did you mean here).

Luwak coffee it's more that Luwak eats the berries and poops it out. Next you can pick it out of the poop...
Since I saw how the cashew is harvested I understand why they are so extremely expensive.
