🌊 This trip was my trip two weeks ago. It's end of semester for me. This gives me time to travel and recharge power full for myself. I've been looking for a plan for this trip. I will be a person who loves sea travel. I like to listen to the sound of the waves of the seaside, Which do you like better, the sea or the mountains?

I'm looking for a short trip, I need to find a beach that's not too far from Bangkok. So I decided to go to Samet Island for a 3 day 2 night trip. 🚖 Traveling from Bangkok by car takes approximately 3 - 4 hours. 🌊

  • Traveling to Koh Samet or (Samet Island), First we will have to travel to Ban Phae Pier, Rayong Province. The route used will pass through Chonburi Province, Pattaya City and into Rayong City. When arriving at Ban Phe Pier There will be a car park near the pier. The price will be approximately 100 baht per day. After that, we will take a boat to cross to Koh Samet. The ferry fee for each port is different.

  • When we arrive at the pierhe, the first thing you cannot resist doing is taking a picture to keep as a memory of this trip, the statue of Giant Lady Statue "Nang Phisuea Samudra " which is the symbol of Samet Island, right in the area beneath the pier. After that, we proceeded to pay the entrance fee to Samet Island. The rates are 40 baht per person for Thai nationals and 200 baht per person for foreigners.

My accommodation is named Samed Tubtim Resort, a tranquil paradise beach, When you experience it, you'll feel a sense of peace and genuine relaxation. I really feel that I genuinely like this accommodation. It looks simple and peaceful. ❤️

Samed Tubtim Resort is located right by the beach, within a short walk of less than 500 meters. There are plenty of restaurants around the beach area for us to enjoy, without having to go far. It's a complete stay with everything we need.

I arrived at Samed Tubtim Resort around 3 PM in the afternoon feeling tired from the drive, so I took a nap and woke up in the evening to explore the beach. I instantly fell in love with Koh Samed, and it's my first time here. I'm really impressed with this place. If anyone is looking for a seaside trip not far from Bangkok, I highly recommend Koh Samed as another fascinating destination.

At the end of the first night, I chose to sit and enjoy a casual meal by the beach, accompanied by music. It was a moment where I felt like I didn't want the time to end, truly.
