In this city with low buildings and large park areas, I do not feel much separation from nature, because it is always "at hand" or "two steps away". Yesterday at sunset I just crossed the street and found myself in an old park, where mostly the same old oaks grow. Once, in ancient times, there was an oak grove here, but people began to use this place for recreation, laying paths, putting benches and some amusement rides. But it seems to me that the oaks, some of which are 200-300 years old, do not really like this neighborhood and this is especially noticeable when there are no leaves on their crowns.
The nature park is located on a mountain and on one side there is a view of the expanse of the floodplain of the river that flows through the whole city. Other trees grow on the slope of this mountain and their thickets in this place serve as a background for the oak grove.
Mighty oaks, it seems to me, look nervous and dissatisfied, but I understand them well, because I also don't like food stalls, attractions and the noise that people who come here for their holidays create.
I photographed the roots of the largest tree and it seems to me that it would like to go from here to a quieter place, because it grows next to a large paved area, where various entertainment events are often held. The playground seems ridiculous and ugly to me, so I didn't take pictures of it.
It is better to look up when I walk here, at these mighty crowns propping up the sky. There were many large birds flying there, but none of them got into the frames, although I tried to "catch" them.
Here there is one bird that did not fly anywhere, but sat on the top of a tree and watched the sunset.
I cut it out of the frame so that you can see that it is a raven. I cut it out of the frame so that you can see that it is a raven. Oaks and crows are the right community.
Trees grow freely and their crowns do not interfere with each other. This is noticeable if you look up into the mother-of-pearl sky. When the clouds are slightly tinted by the sunset rays of the sun, the effect of mother of pearl is created on them, as if we are looking into a huge sea pearl shell....
My walk is over and I say goodbye to the oaks, casting a parting glance at this one, forced to side by side with a coffee shop...
