| Almost 200 years ago, the famous merchants of the Andreev family built this house for living. It is located on the arrow of two streets, now these are Lenin and Spasskaya streets. Over its two-hundred-year history, the owners of this house have changed many times, at first it was just residential, then profitable, later it was made communal, and from the 1960s to the 2000s, a cultural college worked in it.
