Hi friends, how are you all?
In this post I want to tell you a little about myself who took part in Malay traditional ceremonies.
This Malay traditional ceremony is usually held on appreciation day for the services of community service teachers, both those with honorary status and those who have become employees, because teachers in Indonesia have 3 cycles, namely:
- honorary teacher
- first aid teacher
- civil servant teachers
Honorary teachers are teachers whose salary has not yet been settled, in the sense of the word honorary salary, this may or may not be paid, and to be an honorary teacher you must also be prepared with extra fighting spirit. If you want to rise to the level of first aid teacher or civil servant, you must follow every selection exam held in Indonesia
The ceremony usually starts at 07:30 until it is finished. If we want to take part in the Malay traditional day ceremony, we have to be physically and mentally healthy because when the ceremony starts we are required to stand, from the first opening of the uud until the reading of the prayer, perhaps the one that takes the most time is during the opening speech from the master of ceremonies
After arriving at 12.30 the ceremony was finally over, we were able to joke around happily with our friends, and that's when our faces started to look very happy when the ceremony was over.
In your country, how many types of teachers are each teacher divided into?
Please share experiences, stories about your work as a teacher, maybe later we can get to know each other and discuss the culture of each other's countries 😁
Maybe this is where my first post tells the story, see you in my next post, I hope you stay healthy, bye bye...😁
