Today I want to show you photos of okroshka.
Okroshka is a traditional Russian cold dish that is typically served in the summer. The main ingredients of okroshka include fresh vegetables, meat or sausages, and a base such as kvass or kefir, which serves as the soup's foundation.
There are many variations of okroshka, depending on the region and personal preferences. For example, in some places, instead of kvass, sparkling water or even tomato juice is used.
Okroshka is not only delicious but also very refreshing, making it an ideal dish for hot summer days.
