Ingredients
- 200 grams of potatoes
- 200 grams of broccoli
- 50 grams of carrots
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs
- 3-5 tablespoons of milk
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Steps and methods
- Wash the potatoes and boil them until cooked. Then cut them into small pieces and set aside.
- Clean the broccoli and carrots. Then cut them into small pieces. Steam until cooked, about 10-15 minutes, then set aside.
Then, mash the cooked potatoes with a spoon and mix them together with the eggs and add cheese.
Mash the cooked broccoli. Mix everything together, then add milk.
Prepare the breadcrumbs on a tray to prepare to grind into pieces.
- Then grind the size according to your preference. For us, it's not very big. Take the vegetables that have been shaped into pieces and mix them with the flour.
- Put the flour on parchment paper to prevent them from sticking to the tray. That's it! You'll have burger filling to eat.
If you don't eat it at all, you can put it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, just take it out and bake it or put it on a pan with a little oil before eating.
