• And this is my first time going to a spa. At first, I didn't understand that I had to go to a spa. And going there requires a reservation in advance. At that time it was a weekend, so there were many people. So we had time between 2pm and 8pm and the place we chose to go to this spa was QC Terme Bagni Vecchi a Bormio.

• This place is both a hotel to stay in and anyone who is convenient can choose to do just the spa. We had time in the afternoon after we had lunch to drive around Bormio and see the natural view of the snow before it was time. When the time came, we went there. I found a parking space and walked in to check. The price paid is 80 euros per person. This price allows us to do everything we please and there is a buffet meal available in the evening. When you finished checking in, the staff handed you your locker key and wristband.

• When we got to the locker, we changed into swimsuits. Inside the locker there will be a bathrobe, towel, and slippers. If your hair is long, you must tie it neatly. After changing clothes, prepare to go to various points. Each point has different services. There are many different activities to do, through warm water, cold water, and through streams. and soak in warm water Opening to the outside, there is a heated swimming pool. The view is of snow mountains. Beautiful view, good atmosphere The weather that day was about 1-2 degrees.

• After soaking in the water for a while, we walked again to a warm pond. We went to sit and soak in the cold weather, we couldn't stand it, so we walked again. The outside is similar to a hut, and each spot has a sauna. There is a mud spa used to mask the face and body. Once the mask is done, sit and bake it to dry. Each point provided drinking water and tea. We continued doing these activities. There are both outside and inside the building. When night fell, he went inside to the pond. Went to sit in the warm water and admire the very beautiful view. When they started to feel tired and hungry, they went to find food to eat.

There is a food lounge here. It's a self-service buffet. Unlimited eating and drinking We ate for a while and felt full then went to the spa. I feel tired. So we all took a shower to prepare to return. Overall, I really like this place. The atmosphere is nice, but it's a pity I didn't spend my time worthwhile. We booked late. If we could have booked earlier it would have been better. The timing would have been appropriate. Anyone who wants to go to a spa, this is another interesting option.
